Our clients sometimes wants to be flooded like that just to see what happens and if they can handle it (fe. if their operators have a clue what is actually happening, whether their system automagically switches to backup lines, if their ISP is able to help them or how long does it take to fully recover... or maybe they are just bored ;-)).
