I've never heard of it.  But I do know of hping2 which allows arbitrary
packet creation from the command line.  Really nifty.


ICMPush can be downloaded from:

http://hispahack.ccc.de/programas/icmpush22.tgz

Its similar to hping2, but definately worth a look.
