Kevin Mitnick's business card

I'm not saying it's cheap, but the metal used is both too thin and too flexible for standard pick work. I second Chris's statement... they're poor picks. But you can use them to feel around inside the lock. Which can be put to good use as probes if you're dealing with a very sensitive lock (a rare treat). As shims for handcuffs, they're freaking amazing though! However you need to know they will be absolutely destroyed. So if the card is of sentimental value to you, do not use it. :-) On Wed, May 5, 2010 at 6:38 PM, Chris Clymer <cclymer at gmail.com> wrote:
Look for TOOOL at defcon/Shmoo/notacon/etc they have a really nice version of this thats actually _usable_ :D. The mitnick ones and most others are a low grade of really flexible steel or aluminum...useless as picks although they work great as handcuff shims! ------------------------- securityjustice.com | chrisclymer.com On May 5, 2010, at 6:19 PM, "Sherwyn" <infolookup at gmail.com> wrote:I got one from him at the last HOPE con. Thought it was a pretty cool business card and figured I'd share :) http://netdna.webdesignerdepot.com/uploads/business_cards/45.jpgDon't know if he still does but he used to give them out if you asked for one. I saw him at ShmooCon a few years back handing them out.
