I am sure someone can correct me if I am wrong but I believe the answer is yes but I think it is different when in greenfield mode, giving it a 40MHz channel. I will hunt around for the specs. On Tue, May 12, 2009 at 10:35 AM, Adrian Crenshaw <irongeek at irongeek.com>wrote:
I could find the frequencies for the 2.4 variants of 802.11 every place, but 802.11n when it's using 5 Ghz has been harder. I found this doc on 802.11a: http://www.air-stream.org.au/channel_802_11a does 802.11n have the same channels when it is using the 5 Ghz band? I'm trying to prep up a bunch of info for a free wireless class I'm co teaching here in the Louisville area. Thanks much guys, Adrian _______________________________________________ Pauldotcom mailing list Pauldotcom at mail.pauldotcom.com http://mail.pauldotcom.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pauldotcom Main Web Site: http://pauldotcom.com
