Friendly SOHO router

What other features do they need/want? Web or email filtering, IPS,
uplink failover, etc? It is a crowded field, specifying the needs
carefully will help narrow it down. And budget, there's a long way
between Linksys and Crossbeam or Palo Alto.

I'm looking for a SOHO router for a friends small business of about 20
nodes. They currently have a Cisco 1800 series but they aren't a fan
of the CLI or SDM web interface so they're on the hunt for something
else. The main issue is when there is a configuration problem the
device is too complex for the average user to manipulate. They were
previously using a Linksys product but found the phone support to be a
little on the weak side. They would like to product to support VPN and
two VLANS...

Anyone use a 3com, Nortel, Adtran, Sonicwall or WatchGuard product and
have a positive experience with the devices functionality and
usability?

Thanks,
Stephen
