Interested in GSoC 2019

Hello all!

I am not certain how much interest Nmap has received from prospective students and mentors for GSoC 2019, but I wanted 
to follow up with the message I sent at https://seclists.org/nmap-dev/2018/q3/20 and say that I myself am still very 
interested in contributing to Nmap! As a student programmer I hope that Nmap decides to participate in GSoC 2019, and 
if so I would love to be able to contribute to such a widely used open source software tool.
