Nawaraj, Thanks for reporting this bug. Unfortunately, there's not a lot we can do to solve the problem: your computer doesn't have a usable temporary directory. Can you check the file permissions and determine why Zenmap was unable to use any of those locations listed? I've added a task to our issue tracker [1] to add a check for this condition and avoid crashing entirely. Zenmap should still be usable for reading existing Nmap XML files.
