Github. Pull Request #341 patching Issue #129. Add support for diffie-hellman-group-exchange-* key exchange mechanism

Hello,

I have submitted a pull request #341 for the Issue #129 on the github.

The issue is about implementing *diffie-hellman-group-exchange-** key
exchange mechanism (RFC 4419)
in order to allow ssh-hostkey script retrieve hostkeys from servers which
no longer support
*diffie-hellman-group1-** and *diffie-hellman-group14-** KEX methods.

The script was tested on a configured ssh server running on a Raspberry Pi
on a local network.

Please could someone review the pull request and give any comments.

Also, I am planning to participate in Google Summer of Code with the Nmap
Project.
I would appreciate any comments or piece of advice.
