Hi Tom, You can install Npcap in a silent way. Use the /S option. And I have added the changing option support in latest Npcap 0.06 R7. See: https://github.com/nmap/npcap/releases An example is: npcap-nmap-0.06-r7.exe /S /admin_only=no /loopback_support=yes /dlt_null=no /vlan_support=yes /winpcap_mode=yes 1. The above example shows the default value. e.g., if you doesn't specify the key /admin_only, it will take the default value no. This is the same with the GUI. 2. The keys are *case-insensitive*. 3. The values are *case-sensitive*, only two values are permitted: yes or no . Cheers, Yang Thanks for the help Yang! Hi All,
I have a question about npcap usage;
Currently I?m planning to deploy winPCAP with my application, however
this doesn?t work for Windows 10 as you are most-likely aware of.
In what way does WinPcap not work on Win 10?
In my tests (using WinPcap 4.1.3) with Wireshark it works exactly the same
as on other Windows OS's. Is there some specific nmap issue with WinPcap
on Win 10?

Hi Graham, I was getting feedback from beta testers that they were unable to install winpcap 4.1.3 on their windows 10. Do you have the experience that it should work? Reading some articles on the internet does suggest some issues with it since NDIS 5 isn't supported orso.
