repeated entries in nselib/data/http-folders.txt

I was testing out http-iis-webdav-vuln.nse when I noticed that I was
getting repeated reports for the same folder due to repeated entries
in nselib/data/http-folders.txt.  Attached is a patch that removes
these duplicates for common folder names.
