Fuzzing Nmap

Hello,

Recently during an IRC conversation with Daniel, I found out that Nmap's
new DNS resolution code was already fuzzed. I think that this might be a
good idea to finally create a "tests/" directory within Nmap's source
tree and keep this kind of programs used for fuzzing so that anybody
could see how Nmap was tested so far and perhaps come up with a new way
to attack it.

@Daniel and @Gio, do you still have the Nmap DNS testing program around?

What do you think about it?
