[GSOC 2015] Nmap on android, Proposal review

Hello,

I have always wanted to work on development of nmap on android. And now
that it is added to the gsoc ideas list. I would like to work on it as part
of the gsoc program.

I have prior experiences with android app development and nmap itself, and
hence want to develop an app on android including a nice and feature rich
ui, which is the most important part of any app targeted to large userbase.

Here is a proposal I made for the same, please have a look and give
suggestions for further improvements.
