Dear mentors, Myself Ayush Singh 2nd year electronics engineering student at IIT (BHU) Varanasi and I'm really interested in *Nmap Scripting Engine—Script Developers* <http://nmap.org/soc/#nsescripts> as a *web scanning specialist* or *Vulnerability and exploitation specialist. *I have made a simple network/port scanning tool in python and then i came to know about nmap, so, I know nmap's basic work efficeintly and hence I can contribute in optimizing it's work. I have also made web crawlers in python, so, I have a good knowledge of http, html & xml. I have also used *OWTF *software where I use many tools including Burp Suite & w3af to test vulnerabilities which will be helpful in web scanning.I have a little knowledge of C/C++ and no knowledge of Lua, so does it going to effect my chances? These are my skills, if you know a better category for me to contribute to nmap please tell me
