[Enhancement]Microsoft Version Table

Hi,
I was going through the script ideas page when I came across this :

So I thought of creating a function that  does the same.
I ran a script over this :

and saved the table.
I have created a function that takes min version and major version and
returns the
full operating system name.This is very primitive a first draft say.Please
comment.
In later versions I'll store the file in a separate .tbl file and read from
it and also the
lines 447 to 469 are just to give a feel of what it does.
