[Patch] Upgrade libpcap to 1.5.3

I have modified the patches in libpcap/NMAP_MODIFICATIONS so that they
work with libpcap-1.5.3, downloaded from http://www.tcpdump.org/

After modifying the patches, I ran a `svn diff > nmap.patch` and have
attached the nmap.patch file.

After applying the attached patch, following the steps in
libpcap/NMAP_MODIFICATIONS/HOWTO-UPGRADE should patch the libpcap
files and upgrade libpcap to 1.5.3.

If I need to change something or look at something again, please do let me know.
