NCAT: SOCKS5 patch

Hi,

I did update of older patch for SOCKS5 support written by Marek Lukaszuk 
[1] , which was not merged because there were tests missing [2]. So I 
wrote some tests for SOCKS5 too. Can you look on it and say me if it's 
OK for merging or some next changes are needed?
