[NSE] Porting vulnerability scripts - help needed

Hi list,

I've committed the vulnerability library [1] and now I've started to
port some existing scripts to it, you can find the first patches
attached.

List of scripts that have been ported:
afp-path-vuln.nse
ftp-libopie.nse
ftp-vuln-cve2010-4221.nse
ftp-vsftpd-backdoor.nse
smtp-vuln-cve2011-1720.nse
smtp-vuln-cve2011-1764.nse

I'll work on other scripts that I've written when time permits, I'll
also try to port other scripts if I can do it.

Any help is much appreciated.
