Finally, I am worried that some old part of nmap might assume that netbus can only run on Windows. Does nmap consider Wine a separate OS or an implementation of Windows or what? Is there some os detection flags that I should or should not set when NetBus is detected by my scripts?
nmap-service-probes sets o/Windows/. I think that's appropriate even under WINE, the reason being that other Windows services are likely to be running, vulnerabilities in Windows applications, etc. David Fifield _______________________________________________ Sent through the nmap-dev mailing list http://cgi.insecure.org/mailman/listinfo/nmap-dev Archived at http://seclists.org/nmap-dev/
