Online submitter rejects service fingerprint

I tried submitting this fingerprint at
http://insecure.org/cgi-bin/submit.cgi?new-service:

SF-Port1099-TCP:V=5.35DC18%I=7%D=11/1%Time=4CCF21EF%P=x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu%r(JavaRMI,10,"N\0\tlocalhost\0\0\x04K");

(Note all one line.) Clicking the "Check" button leads to "Fingerprint
doesn't look good! Please check that it pasted OK." If I do surgery on
the fingerprint like this:

SF-Port1099-TCP:V=5.35DC18%I=7%D=11/1%Time=4CCF21EF%P=x86_64-unknown-li
SF:nux-gnu%r(JavaRMI,10,"N\0\tlocalhost\0\0\x04K");

Then it is accepted. This might prevent some fingerprint submissions,
and there also may be a bug that prevents the first line from being
wrapped correctly.
