Status Report #9 of 15

Accomplishments:
* Deployed Rainmap on one of the new fancy Linodes Fyodor got last week, but we're not yet ready for testing. This 
resulted in...
* INSTALL documentation, slightly tailored to our particular deployment approach.
* DESIGN documentation. more as a sanity check, and to serve as a very, very high-level overview of how the system 
works for those interested.
* Fixed some template and style issues

Priorities:
* finish "new/edit" scan page [delayed]
* finish "dashboard" page [delayed]
* finish draft list of texts to use [delayed]
* refine administrator view [currently Django's default, which is pretty good, but there are some things that need 
optimizing/exposing]
