AW: How to make a manual PMTU discovery

Thanks Rob, that's exactly the tool I was looking for.

Also thanks to Vlatko, but indeed it should be a windows tool, because the way through the net starts with my windows 
pc. We have tracepath on our unix machines, but they are already at least two hops further.
