Hey Ron, it's simple: Winnipeg is a frozen wasteland, Vegas is a  
desert wasteland.  You'll feel right at home ;-)

On a more serious note, there's at least one Nmap dev under 21 so if  
we go to a place with alcohol (my vote), it can't be a 21-and-up-only  
place.
