Hi List,

Accomplishments:
o Patch for script coroutines being allowed to perform network operations [1].
o Correct socket allocation to move away from reliance on garbage
collection [2].
o Removed old nse_macros.h header file and moved around some of its
still needed contents to be more localized (r13587).
o Applied the patch to release mutexes when a script ends for any reason [3].


Priorities:
o Update NSE Book Implementation Section to reflect the new Lua based
Implementation.
o Review with David next couple tasks to pursue in my TODO.
