Hi Fyodor, Nmap was and still is my first choice! But apart from the project I'm working on now I don't really have the technical skills required for many/all of the Nmap SoC idea's. But I'm going to take a closer look on it this weekend. Cheers and with regards, Dieter 2009/3/26 Fyodor <fyodor () insecure org>

Nagios being a lot more advanced, and Umit being where I wanted to be attheend of my thesis (at first glance). Somehow I missed those applications during my research.. I'm probably going to contact Umit about SoC after I've decently read uponthem and their idea's, and I'm going to talk about them and Nagios to my collegues here.Remember that you can apply to multiple organizations, so consider applying for Nmap too! We're always looking for good ideas. Cheers, -F
