[PATCH] nmap-service-probes: Misc database corrections, printer additions

From: Tom Sellers <nmap () fadedcode net>

Here are a couple of things that came up in my packet based travels...

The attached patch makes the following changes to nmap-service-probes:

1. Adds a match line for an Oracle FTP server. There were already match lines
for various editions, but this variation was not captured.

2. Edits a DB2 match line to make it more inclusive.

3. Adds a match for a Lexmark lpd service.

4. Adds a match for IPDS (IBM's Intelligent Printer Data Stream) service
on port 9600/tcp on IBM and Lexmark printers. It just happens that
the STOMP probe triggers a response when --version-all is used (it doesn't
normally hit port 9600). Nothing else seems to elict a response.
