Does this work on a switched LAN?
Of course :)
It compiles and runs fine on OSX, except I only get: |_ Promiscuous detection: Unknown (tests: "________") for all scanned hosts (a Belkin router, a WinXP machine and an OSX machine). I am not sure if this is an error condition or if it is a correct result.
It's not a correct result. It means that this hosts doesn't respond even for correct arp-whois broadcast (first test). Which is obviously wrong. I checked the patch on OSX only in very early stage. Probably I messed something up. I'll check this tomorrow.
