More, I don't know if the used modules (HTML::Template, ...) with Perl will
support the taint mode.

The language is up to you ( you are the developer ;)
If you want to know my opinion you will notIf the CGI part is written
on perl and the daemon in C. BTW you can use HTML::Template in taint
mode.

- About language used for Daemon
I think it's probaly better to use the same langage of cgi-application. In
fact, I plan to make a common API that could be used for that
cgi-application and the daemon.

I dont know what to say about using a common API for the daemon and
the CGI-Part.... dont get it.

- About raw commands
In fact, at this time, the daemon will store resulsts as XML files with -oX
options. I don't plan to support others output options. I prefer to make a
working solution, and after, I would add other functionnalities.
