I often take nmap's output and push it into a sql db.  It would be
useful if nmap could do that directly.  

Another feature that would be nice but maybe not plausible would be an
argument that tells nmap not to include hosts in the output w/o an open
port.  Basically what "| grep -B2 open" would do.
