nmap for win98

hi there,

is there a version of nmap available for windows 98? i can understand that this may be considered impossible, or at 
least tricky, due to the lack of raw sockets, but i know of a utility for win9x that allows programs to create totally 
custom packets. so if nobody has heard of a version of nmap for win98 then maybe this program can help.
