It has been more than a year (and 20+ betas) since the last stable version of Nmap. But 2.50 is finally here! Whew :). It has a couple somewhat important bugfixes beyond BETA21. Thanks to everyone who contributed code, ideas, and bug reports. Here is a press release from our "marketing department" which hypes the new release and describes the major improvements over 2.12:
