You might have had a decent point there instead of a soundbite, except 
that you are conflating different people together, as if the ones 
arguing to extend IPv4 are conveniently the same ones whom if they 
redirected their efforts would have IPv6 deployed in a few jiffies.

Reality is quite a bit different.
