As readier as the Internet is today, part of the mega spread of the fallout from the Coronavirus is because information is not only traveling way faster, a lot of it is also not (necessarily) verified or moderated before being shared with is consumers.There is no other way to do that information filterning now. Nobody has any authority of knowing better than others. MUAs filters yes. (mail user agent) Look at all data you receive, identify patterns, then act. That's all one can do now. There are easily identifiable patterns. Develop trust.
Most misinformation is being carried nowadays by peer-to-peer messaging (like WhatsApp) and social networks (like Facebook and Instagram), so even if a miracle device appeared and was put in front of all mail systems, it would have very little effect. Rubens
