You are correct, but this is the tip of the iceberg as other configurations will need to come into play as pointed out 
by several people on this thread.
This learning curve is not impossible, if the net admin really applies his/her self to learning it.

these seem like the smallest of v6 problems, actually... and I would bet:

would be helpful (eventually when small/mid-sized businesses start trying to transition)
