To really move forward and get to 100% (or as near as we can hope for) what steps/actions/changes do you propose? It seems that at least RIPE/ARIN have their attentioned aimed this way now :)
Apparently I have accidentally climbed a soapbox whilst trying to explain what I thought was a fairly simple point. I'll get down. I am fairly sure the RIRs don't need my help in cleaning their databases or figuring out clever ways to keep them consistent in the future. Given the experience with ERX presumably there is enthusiasm for future transfers to be handled more rigourously. Joe
