That's why it's good to use BGP alarm systems with a peer threshold. I recommend BGPmon <http://bgpmon.net/> (today, I run it with a peer thershold of 1 because the problem is rare enough but I can raise it if necessary). AFAIK, Cyclops does not have this functionality.
