Ah... In that case they could ask abovenet to leak any nullrouted blocks
that are local to abovenet with a community set so they can find another
path to dump that traffic.

My appologies for assuming that this was was in AS777.

Nope.  No part of ORBS is listed in AS7777.  The block which inspired this
thread is completely private to AS6461 and has to do with that network's AUG.
