Actually i don't understand what his motivation is.
I think the answer to that is simple - he wants the net to be seen as working to the users and fears that is not now the case (in some places) and that the "not the case" will spread before it gets better. his is a case where I think he is doing what he thinks is the right thing (not always the case with some of the commenters about the net :-) ) Scott - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
