I think you missed my point. This is not exactly an issue of how your traffic, once routed through your providers router, traverses their backbone. Rather, its an issue of the ability (or inability, as it were) to sloppily engineer capacity due to the nature of defining excessively high ratios of virtual circuits-to-aggregate ingress bandwidth. - paul
