Sorry, Alan, I don't follow you. Besides, I personally don't think of Suits Are In Charge or its new subsidiary Network Dissolutions to be bad guys at all. In fact, looking back, the whole InterNIC idea is much more of a success on the RS front than on the IS or DS fronts, and that is largely because NSI is staffed and controlled by clueful people.
