This is something that should have been sent to engineer () sprint net.

Please re-send, and when it is convenient you and one of our
engineering staff (or even me, if you like) can sit down and
have you withdraw your more specifics and try to watch what's
going on.

BTW, if you have a ticket number from the INSC, management
around here would love to know what it is.
