Demo Metasploit?

First thing I would mention is a particular version of linux you can install
onto a computer you may have spare. Check out Damn Vulnerable Linux, aka
DVL. You could also look into finding a copy of XP with SP1 or with no SPs
at all.  That system with out updating has vulnerabilities metasploit is
possible of exploiting.  There is a site that slips my mind as of now but
its primary purpose is hosting of older software install files.  Find a few
exploits on metasploit and go download the vulnerable software from google.
