Interesting that Brett claims that "Net neutrality" is ill-defined, yet gives a great example in his very first 
sentence of what it is intended to prevent ISPs from doing - blocking apps that don't otherwise break the net or the 
law.

Apple is right to block such apps. "Net neutrality" is an empty, ill-defined slogan; it has no agreed-upon 
definition and is neither a law nor a regulation.
