Dave, do they really need to lower it??  As time goes on and data needs naturally expand (as they have steadily and 
predictably for decades), this restriction will hit more and more people.  I wouldn't be surprised if this same cap 
affected a material number of subs in 2-3 years time.

The will lower the cap as time goes on. I assume they will loudly advertise the respriction and I hope Verizon loudly 
advertises it does not YET. djf
