Audible allows copying for personal use.  The key is the phrase: "IN
ANY OTHER MANNER"  at the end of the sentence in their t's and c's.

They were 7 years ahead of their time,, and their service is still top
notch.  Having just read that the average Bay Arean will spend 65
hours in their car this year,  Audible + iPod = sanity on the road.
