Given the interest taken in bin Laden at least some evidence should now exist. Given the fact that the US is unwilling to sign a treaty on a war criminal court that will enable trial of US servicemen at a foreign court perhaps the US government should have some understanding of the Taliban position? Btw. both the US and Islamic courts have a death penalty which frankly would appear reasonable for a person proved to have masterminded such a terrible act. Frode
