Have you been following the DMS debate? (Defense Message System).....the
Air Force has bought into it wholesale but the rest of the services are
not comfortable with Clipper/Fortezza.
The feeling most of us have is that if it can be jammed down the military's
proverbial throat the rest of the country will have no choice.....
The proposed system is currently being investigated for being over budget
and behind schedule.
