Hello, 

I've found inforamtions about Explorer.exe trojan it might be something you are dealing with. For informations about it

Also, if you haven't done it already, you could try to run some anti-trojan program such as Ad-aware which check the 
system for spywares, trojans, etc. installed on your system.

I'm not very good in system protection and dealing with trojans, so I don't know if it will be of any help.
