Retina-Nimda Scanner detects Win9x as infected...

A scan with eEye's free Retina - Nimda Scanner on my network shows all Windows 9x systems that have the "File and Printer Sharing for Microsoft Networks" service installed on them as infected (Banner = Open Guest Access). Even though these systems have nothing shared out. Once this service is removed, the scan does not detect them. The obvious conclusion is that just by having that service on a system, (without actually sharing anything) it is vulnerable to Nimda and other Trojan's. Is that correct?
