*working* qwest noc address?

According to http://puck.nether.net/netops/nocs.cgi the qwest noc mailbox
is noc () qwest net

Err.. has anyone tried it lately? I just get a ton of bounces, apparently
qwest's noc@ mailbox is aliased to a ton of addresses all of which don't
work.
