This one was a fairly standard "we are the government and have money for you" 
type, except for how the author identified himself--in quotation marks:

My name is "Jacob Jack Lew". I am the New Secretary of the Treasury under the 
U.S Department of the Treasury.

Also the person to whom you were supposed to send the "cost of processing":

Hence, you are advised to send the $150.00 USD via Western Union money 
transfer to "Frank Kelley" who is the nominated receiver for the $150.00 USD.

(Which was also different from the name you were supposed to use for the actual 
wire transfer.)

Well, *I* thought it was funny, anyway.
